Luxury womenswear retailer, Forever Unique, hosted a private fashion show at Manchester’s exclusive Menagerie Restaurant & Bar to coincide with ITV Be’s The Real Housewives of Cheshire finale.
Seema Malhotra, star of the hit ITV series and Design Director of Forever Unique, presented the fashion show as a celebration of female empowerment – an important element of the brand’s ethos.
The fashion show presented Forever Unique’s latest AW17 offering, made up of glittering dresses, and transitional separates, with models representing women of all races, ages, sizes and walks of life. Amongst the catwalk line-up were women from Models of Diversity, a company committed to promoting equal opportunities and diversity within the fashion industry, Real Housewives stars Tanya Bardsley, and sisters Taylor and Darby Ward, and model Talulah-Eve. Talulah-Eve has made huge impressions in the fashion world, having competed as the first ever transgender contestant on the recent Britain’s Next Top Model Cycle 11. She also headlined Forever Unique’s high summer campaign in June which has been shortlisted in the Best Fashion Marketing Campaign category for Drapers 2017; the winner will be announced on the 30th June.
Alongside the catwalk show, fellow Housewife and singer, Nermina Pieters, took to the stage and confidently performed her debut music single ‘Beside You’.
Speaking about the fashion show, Seema said: “Being a British Indian woman, I’m a strong advocate of diversity and embracing different races, ages, cultures and sizes. Forever Unique doesn’t discriminate anybody, which why I made sure this was reflected in the fashion show. I stand by the saying: empowered women empower women.”

The Real Housewives of Cheshire Finale aired on ITVBe yesterday at 10pm; The show were recently crowned winners of the Best Entertainment Show 2017 at the Reality TV Awards on the 11th October 2017.
