Grafene, Manchester’s contemporary fine dining bar and restaurant, is home to the hottest cocktail collection in town and we’re giving you the fabulous opportunity to win a cocktail masterclass for six people with Grafene’s very own team of highly trained mixologists.

The prize will include a session on learning how to make Grafene’s innovative cocktails. The winners will be able to pre-order from the cocktail menu which tipples they would like to make and then learn how Grafene creates them step by step. Each person will also be presented with three cocktails plus bar treats.

Grafene’s experimental cocktail menu is specially curated by its team of experts and is an eclectic mix of ideas drawn from Manchester’s cultural, youth and scientific heritage, and all drinks are uniquely crafted for Grafene. They really are something special and there’s something to suit every taste.

The menu of 15 unique cocktails includes classic cocktail combinations and some exclusive retro flavours inspired by life in Manchester and complete with a huge measure of fun! They can be enjoyed solo perched at the bar with Bar Bits’ (tasty gourmet snacks), with a relaxed lunchtime British Tapas menu or over a delicious dinner.

The menu includes:

Vimto Gardens – ‘Manchester’s Bramble’: Sipsmith Gin, Grafene’s Vimto Purée & Lemon with sweetness on the side.

The Mancunian – ‘Forever Strong’: Woodford Reserve Bourbon, Chocolate Liqueur, Cinnamon, Spice & Walnut Bitters.

Science & Industry – ‘This is Manchester. We do things differently here’: Vodka, Amaretto, Blood Orange Liqueur, Cranberry & Lemon, served over dry ice.

The Brew – ‘Put the kettle on… love’: Homemade Raisin Rum, Yuzu, English Breakfast Tea, Cinnamon & Lemon, with Dry Ice, served smoking.

Sugar and Spice – ‘You taste like Cherryade’: Bulletin Bourbon, Cherry Liqueur, Cinnamon, Bitters, Topped with Lemonade, served with Cinnamon Foam & Caramel Popcorn.

Fruit Pastille Bellini – ‘Pears well with everything’: Sipsmith Vodka, Pear Purée, Rosemary, Lemon & Prosecco, served with a Pear Pastille and Rosemary Sherbet.
