Looking for somewhere to reward the brains of the family? Take the family to Corn Exchange and celebrate graduation in style, with exclusive offers at Banyan, Cosy Club and Mowgli.

Champagne is in order after picking up your certificate, so Banyan is offering £10 off bottles of bubbly when you pre-book a table between 10th – 28th July.

Banyan is famous for its enviable gin selection – why not follow the fizz with a refreshing “Thyme To Relax” cocktail? Sip on a cool mixture of Bombay Sapphire gin, shaken with Italian ratafia liqueur, thyme syrup, fresh lemon and cranberry juice.

Treat yourself to a range of hearty dishes, such as Deep Fried Brie Wedges with Caramelised Onion Chutney, the famous Bang Bang Chicken Skewers and try a Power Bowl or a Deluxe Burger for mains.

Cosy Club is also offering a celebratory glass of fizz on the house for successful graduates, when you book a table this July.

Accompany the bubbles with a selection of Cosy treats, such as the classic Fish and Chips, or the Macaroni Cheese with a twist, served with truffled kale and leek, Cornish-smoked maple bacon or a decadent half lobster tail.

Choose a starter of either the Yoghurt Chat Bombs – crisp bread puffs filled with chickpeas, spiced yoghurt, tamarind and coriander – or Bhel Puri – puff rice with with crisp gram threads, peanuts and tantalizing spiced sweet and sour dressing. Follow-up with a food roulette of two tiffin boxes, served with rice or roti.
