This autumn, float up to the clouds and tantalise your senses with Cloud 23’s new offering – Bubbles and Berries. 

Hilton Manchester Deansgate’s luxury taste experience features bespoke Bubbles & Berries themed cocktails, an indulgent afternoon tea and a phenomenal 5-course cocktail progression with a tapas style menu.

The progression menu starts with a fruity cocktail of Perrier Jouet Brut, vodka, blackberry, lemon and apple, accompanied with rich fresh fig stuffed with Brie and wrapped in smoked pancetta. Guests will be able to sip and eat through five tiers of the deluxe menu, which features PJ Belle Epoque and Blanc de Blanc, until finishing with a Perrier Jouet Brut, berry vodka, lime, blackberry, red berries and soda cocktail, served with a decadent Black Forest brownie.

If you’re looking for lunch with a view, indulge in the bespoke Bubbles and Berries Afternoon Tea whilst enjoying views of the Manchester skyline. The all-new Afternoon Tea includes dishes such as ham and redcurrant croque monsieur, caviar blini with pomegranate pearls and a traditional scone with raspberry jam and Kir Royale clotted cream.

Finally, the Aperitivo style menu boasts a series of Bubbles & Berries cocktails with flavoursome savoury bites such as beef carpaccio with balsamic onions, pistachio crumb and red currant served on sour dough crisp, or try the king prawn and wasabi served in a seaweed waffle cone with micro cress salad and pickled ginger.
